I've been visiting Newcastle Pet supply regularly since they opened, and I can confidently say it's one of the best pet stores around. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with any questions I have about pet care.Best service from Sunny I believe !

Amazing customer service. They go above and beyond to help you out. Also very knowledgeable in regards to dog food, treats, accessories, etc. They seem to truly care! So glad they came to Newcastle. Love going in.
We just recently moved to the Newcastle area and have two small Yorkshire terriers,We have purchased food and treats for them at the Newcastle pet supply and had great conversations with the staff and were offered great knowledge. We recently became ill and we’re unable to leave the house for a few days and we’re in need of food for our girls, we did an online order and the staff at the store ( I believe it was the owner) delivered it to our door in person on a Saturday and included a few extra little treats with a smile. They have no idea how much they are appreciated.
My go to store for my cat! The knowledge of staff here is next level. The sourcing of food is also top notch. It's very clear the store is run with knowledge and real care!
I had purchased a Titan Prong collar in late June but only started to use it about three weeks ago, when it broke and I was unable or unwilling to repair it . This was not a cheap purchase at $ 55.00 when I returned to the store, not looking for a refund but an exchange for a new one and was offered a %10 discount on a new one. When a store does not stand behind the products they sell I will shop elsewhere in the future ! Side note: the exact same product was selling for $24.00 at Pet-Value in Bowmanville almost exactly HALF the price, having two larger dogs ( Border Collie and a Italian Mastiff ) I will forgo the convenience of shopping close to home and go to Bowmanville in the future !
Made a quick trip to Ontario for Christmas visit with family and stopped in to this great new store! Such a nice hometown greeting when I walked in and a great selection of toys and treats for the puppers! Thank you!
