Aspen looks beautiful after her first groom here! She has always been extremely anxious and stressed about grooming to the point where we avoid it until we can’t anymore. Today was extremely smooth. There was no fuss by her and things were hassle free. She came home happy and looking perfect! Thank you for everything! We will be back.

I'm a first-time visitor to Passion 4 Pets. The staff took excellent care of my Chihuahua mixed breed dog, who is usually very skittish at having her nails trimmed. Not here! She remained calm because she could sense the staff were calm while they trimmed her nails. We'll be back!
I can’t recommend this place enough! The groomers are incredibly efficient, kind, and take such great care of my dog. Every time we visit, my pup comes back looking fantastic and well-groomed. It’s clear they love what they do, and their attention to detail really shows. I appreciate their professionalism and the gentle care they provide. Definitely the best groomers we’ve been to.
My dogs nail was cut to short. Was never told when I was there for pickup. All employees and owner knew but said nothing. Accidents happen but to not say anything and left me leave feeling like all is fine. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE
