The specific ratings are for my in person experience a few years ago. The 1 star overall is related to food delivery services and how Massey House manages these. This is one of a few restaurants that advertises 2 for 1 deals on door dash, uber etc but it is only to increase traffic... there is no deal. The 2 for 1 is just double the regular price. Essentially the "deal" only does two things. Bring them traffic by being listed as 2 for 1 and extra $ for those silly enough to make the purchase thinking it's a deal when they could have just got one for regular price. It is bad business practice which makes me question the integrity of all aspects of the establishment.

No longer a Greek restaurant! This restaurant has changed a lot since it's ownership change in the last few years. Most of the Greek staple dishes have been removed from the menu. Used to love the Moussaka which went downhill shortly after ownership changed as they started cheaping out by putting mostly zucchini instead of eggplant in it. The food we ordered was the Haddock&Chips and Grilled Cheese &bacon w/fries. The fish was very greasy but the chips (fries) were good and hot. On the same plate the coleslaw (which was delicious) was in a runny puddle on my plate causing the fish and fries to get soggy. Unfortunately I did not think to take a pic of the plate when it was first served to me. The grilled cheese & bacon sandwich was mediocre at best and not as hot as it should have been. The poor waitress Kim although friendly and nice, did her best in what was a very busy lunch hour. We tried unsuccessfully to get her attention for a second plate to put the fish and chips on so they would stay dry and a refill of Coke, but she was too busy being the only wait staff. She told me when we paid that they were unexpectedly busy this particular Friday lunch hour of a long weekend. Unfortunately the items we wanted were no longer on the menu. Guess I'll be going to other Greek restaurants in the future.
We just had our family’s thanksgiving dinner at Massey house. This is the fourth year in a row we have done this and we have to say that our server Kimberly ( hope I spelled that correctly) was great. There had been a little bit of confusion over our arrival time and when I made the reservation, I forgot to mention we wanted a buffet. They were going to serve plate dinners but when I spoke to Kimberly, she straightened everything out. She was so calm and helpful it was a pleasure to get to know her a little bit. We will definitely be back next year. Thanks for everything
Ordered 2x lobster Mac and cheese, with the $14 up charge for adding shrimp to both. Showed up as some sort of penne pasta... Ruined dinner. Wasted 40 min for food we won't eat. I remem now why I stopped ordering from here. It's always something.
Totally amazin place to come to have a bite to eat. Food is great,the service is great (all the servers are great (the one that stands out the most is Cairo :) < The Bestest This spot has become my hubby's and my favorite place to eat.
Take out dinner, order was definitely cooked in the morning sat in the container all day and microwaved for evening take out orders. Soggy rusty looking vegetables looks like hospital food. This is not cool considering how great the restaurant was for so many years. Do better. Long term customer lost. The salad smelled literally like garbage so it’s sat in the takeout container for at least 2 days. I literally laughed out loud this cannot be the same place. Seems like a good candidate for a Gordon Ramsey episode.
